From here, you can view all departments along with their details:
Name: Displays the department name.

Status: Indicates whether the department is active or not.
Actions: Allows you to perform various actions related to the department.
Search: You can find out any specific department from the list by using the search functionality.
Export Data Table: You can export the data table from here.
By clicking the select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:
Edit: Modify the details of the department.
Delete: Remove the department from the list.
You can create a new department by clicking the "Add New Department" button. Follow these steps:
Name: Enter the name of the department.
Details: Provide relevant details about the department.
Status: Set whether the department is active or not.
Save: Click the save button to successfully add the department.
